Physical Therapy Asst (part time)

This Monday - Friday position is 15-20 hours per week. Prior geriatric rehab experience a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply. Successful candidate must possess a current State of Wisconsin license.

Health Information Coordinator

This is a 32-hour per week position, Monday – Friday. The successful candidate needs to be a Credentialed Registered Health Information Technician in long-term care. Must have Health Information knowledge of regulations, survey process, accreditation standards and an understanding of payment systems including Medicare and Medicaid. Knowledge and application of ICD-9-CM coding, along with strong written and oral skills is a must. The successful candidate must be computer literate and have an understanding of information systems used in LTC.

LPN

Laundry Aide

This non-benefit position is 16 hours per week (4 hours 4 days, no weekends). The successful candidate needs to have good organizational skills and an outgoing personality. Duties include sorting and transporting clean linen and clothing throughout the building.
