The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and be detail oriented. MDS and Medicare experience preferred but will train as needed. LPN (part time and full time pm shift)
Must possess a current State of Wisconsin license. Recent LPN experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person. (New graduates welcome!)

The successful candidate needs to have completed a Health Unit Coordinator program (or equivalent work experience). Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and Electronic Chart systems, along with excellent oral and written skills. Needs to be extremely organized and possess the ability to multi-task.

RESIDENT ASSISTANT
We are currently looking for part time assistants in our Heritage Center. The duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living, maintaining cleanliness of rooms, participating in resident programs, administering medication and more. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
